Packaging & Shipping

From Packaging to Delivery, Every Step is Professional

Each MPG handwheel is packaged in a transparent plastic protective bag with white EPS inserts (some lightweight models do not include these inserts) and placed into a corrugated carton. For bulk orders, multiple cartons will be consolidated into a larger outer box for shipment. Enhanced packaging options, such as reinforced cartons or palletized export packing, are available upon request.
Regular orders are typically shipped within 10 working days (excluding large orders), while unit in stock can be dispatched immediately. Customers with regular and consistent orders can be scheduled for priority production and shipment.

Q1: Which CNC systems can this MPG handwheel work with?
A: This model is compatible with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens PLC/PLC and Siemens/Fagor systems, etc. For precise integration, we may require customers to provide an interface definition sheet to verify compatibility.

Q2: Can the coiled cable length be customized?
A: Yes. The factory default is 5 meters, but we can extend or shorten the cable according to your needs (additional cost may apply).

Q3: How does the cable connect to the machine?
A: By default, the coiled cable ends with labeled 0508 pin terminals. Optional straight or right-angle connectors are available (additional cost apply). For special connectors, please consult us (additional cost may apply).

When a connector is added, the socket side allows a customizable cable length (additional cost apply, no cable by default), terminating with labeled 0508 pin terminals.

Q4: Can one handwheel be used on multiple CNC systems?
A: No. Because communication protocols and port definitions vary between systems, each handwheel is intended for use with a single compatible system.

Q5: Are spare parts or replacement components included?
A: Spare parts are not included by default, but can be ordered separately to meet maintenance or backup needs. Costs are arranged individually.

Q6: Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
A: Yes. We have delivered OEM and ODM handwheels for many manufacturers, both in China and internationally. Specific terms and costs are negotiated individually.
